  • Overhauled a manual part-review pipeline into an automated no-supervision-needed tracking system using Excel, VBA & SAP, reducing processing time by up to 95% and saving up to $25K annually.

    • Authored a user manual of the tracking system for easier handoff and quicker debugging.

  • Developed a Non-Destructive Evaluation guideline for an internal defect by programming a calibrated inspection machine to correlate external data against internal measurements, leveraging Statistical Process Control, Destructive Physical Analysis, metrology, & empirical data. Projecting nearly 50% reduction in scrap rate.
